We believe that the after-sales support is much more important that the actual sale so we go out of our way to support our client and his business. We have various types of support contracts to deal with different scenarios. Through these agreements, we provide E-Mail, on-site, telephone and internet based remote support. AST also releases periodic software system updates that are distributed free of charge to all our contract clients.
